Cogeneration plant inside brick factory to generate electricity, steam for the process, hot air and exhaust gas for the kiln.
Nominal Power:6 MW + process heat.
Technology: Engines with Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Gas/Air exchangers and routing of exhaust gas to kilns.
Vapor: 3000 Kg/h @ 6 bar (a); gas: 36816 Kg/h @ 408°C ;
and hot air: 118000 m3/h @ 70°C.
Engines:JENBACHER Model: JMS 616GSNL; Nominal Power: 3 X 1942 kW; Output Voltage: 690 V.
Fuel: Natural Gas.
