About This Project
GHESA submitted a technical assistance tender for the development of the Construction Project of the airport New Terminal Area.
The main objectives of the design were the integration with the environment and the existing airport buildings.
The construction of the new terminal was divided into the following phases:
- • Phase 1: Construction of the departures area.
- • Phase 2: Demolition of existing buildings and construction of provisional buildings.
- • Phase 3: Construction of the arrivals area, the service roadway and the apron.
- • Phase 4: Demolition of provisional buildings and completion of landscaping.
