About This Project

Madrid Barajas-Adolfo Suárez Airport is the leading Spanish airport in passenger traffic, cargo and operations, and the fifth in Europe. Within the framework of the Plan Barajas, GHESA participated in the following projects:

  • NEW TERMINAL BUILDING T (470,260 M2)
  • SATELLITE BUILDING (286,980 M2)
  • CAR PARK (309.000 M2)
  • Other facilities, including the Airport Service Tunnel (AST) and Automated Baggage Handling System (ABHS).
  • Runways and aprons.
  • Miscellaneous landscaping and environmental interventions.
